Your Role:- Lead, supervise, and support nursing staff
- Oversee hiring, staffing, and staff development
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Oversee staff performance and nursing follow-up on facility incidents
- Assess residents’ health needs and support individualized care
Requirements:- Current New York State RN license
- At least 3 years of long-term care experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
