The Impact You'll Make in this Role As the Plant Finance Manager at the Brookings, South Dakota plant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. As Solventum's largest manufacturing plant and a cornerstone of the MedSurg business, the Brookings site produces a broad portfolio of products that help healthcare providers improve outcomes, prevent complications, and enhance patient care worldwide. Here, you will make an impact by: Providing strategic and operational financial leadership to the Brookings, SD Plant team and direct support to the Plant DirectorBeing a strong business partner supporting the plant financial scorecard, continuous improvement initiatives, inventory/production analysis, and other short- to long term plant financial decisionsLeading weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes to support plant rhythms, month end close activities, QORs/MREs, OP and Strat PlansCollaborating with the business segments and Global Supply Chain organizations to support investment analysis at the siteAnalyze plant spend and work with the teams to identify, communicate and execute productivity improvement opportunitiesRegularly measuring and assessing plant performance (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to predict results and drive corrective actions to meet targetsDeveloping understanding of impacts to the plant financials driven by sales volume, mix, demand planning and supply planning dynamics to drive productivity at the siteMonitoring external economic factors to support the plant management decision processDeveloping and driving end-to-end processes, analyses, and tools to standardize reporting to support the siteEnsuring compliance to Global Financial Standards and Statutory requirementsYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND eight (8) years of finance experienceHigh School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) AND twelve (12) years of finance experienceIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Five (5) years of manufacturing experience
