On-Site Project Manager – Multifamily Construction - Developer-Builder Miami-Dade County, FloridaPOSITION OVERVIEWAre you the person who desires to lead projects and project teams, take ownership, and see your work become homes for the community? Florida Construction Connection is working with a developer-builder seeking an Senior Project Manager for multifamily rental project construction in Miami-Dade County. A large pipeline of continuing projects offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships and contribute across successive developments. YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FORLead project execution from preconstruction through completion and turnover. Work closely with the Superintendents to align field operations, schedules, budgets, and quality. APM as direct report. Coordinate subcontractors, design professionals, consultants, and internal development teams. Manage contracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project financial reporting. Anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and keep decisions and commitments moving. Lead clear project meetings and hold team members accountable for results. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?Experience managing ground-up multifamily construction. The ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple trades. Strong scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and communication skills. An organized, proactive approach with consistent follow-through.
