Senior Platform Engineer - Voice & Outbound Dialer

InfoVision Inc. is seeking an experienced NICE SmartReach / LiveVox Platform Engineer to join the Contact Center and Telephony team in a hybrid environment. The role requires deep hands-on expertise with SmartReach and enterprise outbound campaigns, including configuration, launch, and troubleshooting in production. The engineer will translate operational requirements into platform changes, support the extension or conversion to FTE, and ensure compliant dialing operations while minimizing
