Required Skills:- Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, detailed bids, and project budgets
- Review plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Perform material and labor takeoffs
- Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Track project costs, progress, and schedules
- Prepare and manage change orders, proposals, and project reports
- Conduct jobsite visits and progress meetings
- Communicate regularly with clients and project stakeholders
- Identify and resolve project issues promptly
- Ensure work meets quality, safety, and contractual requirements
- Maintain accurate project documentation
Background: Commercial drywall and framing estimating and project management experience
Candidates should be comfortable handling both estimating and project management responsibilities.
