Global Corporate Actions Director: Ops & Oversight

Alpaca seeks a Director of Global Corporate Actions Operations and Oversight to own the function end-to-end across U.S. and international markets. This leader will drive daily production, supervisory controls, team performance and the scalable operating model for Corporate Actions globally. You will lead the organization through dividends, splits, mergers, elections and other events, implementing robust controls and ensuring timely, accurate processing across systems and custodians.
