Responsibilities:
- Drive data-driven product development to optimize digital investments and expand the customer base
- Collaborate with senior leadership, product owners, and RU Strategy to align the analytics roadmap with goals
- Analyze complex business data to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency; gather and document BI & Analytics requirements, KPIs, and metrics
- Maintain high precision and attention to detail in all tasks
- Apply analytical thinking to identify root causes and design alternative solutions
- Develop, implement, and deliver machine learning systems, products, and services
- Proficiently use programming concepts in Python to solve business problems
- Use data management tools to search, extract, and format data for reuse
Key requirements:
- BS or higher in a quantitative discipline with 6+ years of experience or MS with 1-3 years of experience (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in BI tools, Python, SQL, GA4, BigQueryExperience with AWS services, Cloud ELT/ETL, Snowflake
- Knowledge of machine learning principles, technologies, and algorithms
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Experience with data lakes (Snowflake/AWS) and automation techniques is a plus
- Strong initiative, interpersonal, and consultative skills; ability to tell compelling stories with data
- Extensive Python experience (NumPy, SciPy, pandas) for business challenges
- Significant experience with advanced data analysis and statistics (regression, hypothesis testing, ANOVA, SPC)
- Experience with ML techniques (Clustering, Logistic Regression, Random Forests, SVM, Neural Networks)
- Strong technical/problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous learning
