Employment Type: ContractSHR Talent is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for a contract opportunity in Nashville, TN.This position is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who brings extensive manufacturing industry experience, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights that drive business performance. The role will initially require a hybrid schedule during training before transitioning to remote work.

Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within a manufacturing environment. Partner with operational and executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations. Analyze manufacturing costs, profitability, margins, operational performance, and key financial metrics. Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support business decisions and long-term planning. Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and increased operational efficiency. Prepare and present financial reports, performance analyses, and actionable recommendations to leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Required Qualifications: Extensive manufacturing industry experience is mandatory. Strong strategic FP&A experience within a manufacturing environment is required. Proven experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis. Strong understanding of manufacturing financial drivers, including cost structures, margins, inventory, and operational profitability. Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies. Advanced Excel and financial analytical skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and business partnering abilities. Ability to work independently and contribute immediately in a contract capacity. Why Consider This Opportunity?
