Location Austin, TX Hybrid Seniority Director Compared with 20 other Marketing roles: Common across similar roles Unique to this role What you'll do Responsibilities Design and build the creative intelligence infrastructure that connects audience signals, AI-assisted briefs, concepting, production, and performance feedback Common Partner with the Motion Design team to build video AI systems for lo-fi concept video, short-form paid social variants, and campaign cutdowns Common Build the AI layer for research and concepting — agent-synthesized audience research, automated competitive signals, multi-model concepting workflows Build asset production systems with designers: image generation pipelines, Figma template automation, variant production, format scaling Evaluate, select, and standardize the team's AI tool stack across every discipline, owning contracts, onboarding, and deprecation Unique Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and have workflows ready before the team asks What you'll need Experience 12+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years working with AI-powered creative tools in visual design, content generation, web development, or data analysis Common Shipped AI creative systems that teams run daily and permanently transformed at least one team's workflow Experience introducing AI to skeptical creative teams with the patience and credibility to bring people along Unique Deep video AI fluency — evaluated tools rigorously and designed workflows for motion designers and video editors Full tool stack knowledge across research, briefs, concepting, copy, image generation, video, and design automation Performance creative literacy: hook structures, format specs, creative testing methodology Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
