Qualifications: Strong skills in identifying opportunities and tailoring organizational capabilities to a unique set of customer challengesProven ability to engage with customers at multiple levels, navigate customer's processes and programs, and understand supply chain complexitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team and travel on an as needed basisBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related fieldExperience in the manufacturing, engineering and/or supply chain industry is a must. Commercial Vehicle, Off Highway, Oil & Gas, Locomotive, Automotive, Marine is a plus.
