Job description: Modern Maintenance, Inc.is hiring housekeepers in a professional setting.
Wage: $16/hr. + $250 Sign-On Bonus after 4 months of employment
Shift*: 5:00PM - 1:00AM, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:- Empty trash containers
- Clean bathrooms
- Vacuum all carpeted floorsDust, mop, and sweep hard floorsDust all horizontal surfaces high and low
- Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
- Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
- Notify supervisor of any problems
- Perform other janitorial duties as required
- Physical and Other Requirements
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
