Global Compensation Manager

CECO Environmental is seeking a Compensation Manager to own design, delivery and governance of our compensation programs across countries and brands. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, this senior IC sets methodology and advises HR partners and leaders. The role is onsite in Addison, TX, Austin, TX, or Houston, TX, with responsibilities spanning merit, bonus, equity, and policy improvements. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in compensation, equity administration, and advanced Excel.
