Home-Based Community Rehabilitation Assistant

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Community Rehabilitation Assistant to support adults in their homes, enabling independence with a multidisciplinary team of nurses and therapists. The role includes competency-based training (clinical observations, venepuncture, bladder scanning, ECG) and an enhanced DBS check. A driving role is essential, with service hours 08:00–20:00, seven days a week.
