Job Description:- Be the expert who turns flat sheet into precise form
- Each shift, you’ll step up to the press brake and transform raw material into exact shapes that match detailed fabrication plans. You’ll read complex instructions, translate blueprints and job orders into machine setups, and keep a sharp eye on quality from first bend to final inspection.
- A day in the life
You arrive, review the day’s jobs, and study the prints and verbal instructions. You select the right tooling, set up the press brake for parts of varying sizes and geometries, and make your first test bends. As production runs, you continuously measure with gauges, verify against specs, and listen to the machine—ready to pause if anything sounds off. Minor maintenance (oiling machines, dies, and workpieces) keeps everything running smoothly. Throughout, you follow PPE and safety protocols and contribute to our Quality Management System (QMS) by documenting results and improving processes.
