APPLY NOWRandstad USA in Grand Prairie, TX seeks an experienced General Manager to own a flagship 60,000 sq. ft. meat processing and distribution facility. You will hold complete P&L accountability for over $300M in annual revenue and drive aggressive growth with servant leadership.
You will lead 100+ employees, 7–8 direct reports, and work with executive leadership on long-range planning, safety, and profitability. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role with first-shift hours 8 AM–4 PM.
