Manufacturing Laborer - Solid Surface

Key Responsibilities: Sand solid surface fabricated pieces, panels, and small shapes using both sanding machines and hand sanders. Measure and inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet strict quality requirements. Prepare and label finished products for shipment according to customer and internal procedures. Notify management of any equipment maintenance or repair needs. Cross-train in other areas of solid surface manufacturing to support the team.

What We Offer: Day Shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM, Monday Thursday, overtime as needed

Pay: $20.00 $21.00 per hour

Position Requirements: Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Safely and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to accurately read a measuring tape. Must be willing to complete a BCI background check, drug screen, and physical.

Preferred Skills & Experience: Background in manufacturing or construction with machinery and hand tool experience preferred. Self-motivated, highly driven, and detail-oriented approach to completing daily tasks. Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively while managing simultaneous deadlines. Strong critical thinking skills with an ability to assess, plan, and strategically troubleshoot issues.
