TFT Global (USA) Inc. is looking for an Automation & Maintenance Technician to support our Brookville operation. This role is a great opportunity for a technically minded professional who wants to work with both traditional mechanical equipment and modern automation, including AMRs, autonomous forklifts, robots, and material automation systems. In this role, you'll help keep our equipment and automation systems safe, reliable, and operational. You'll: Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and maintain mechanical and automated equipment Support AMRs, autonomous forklifts, robots, and other automation technology Respond to equipment faults and help minimize operational downtime Perform preventive maintenance and support corrective actions Identify recurring problems, determine root causes, and help implement improvements Perform basic sensor calibration and equipment adjustments Support the installation and rollout of new automation projects Monitor equipment and automation performance to identify improvement opportunities Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and automation suppliers Help train operators on basic automation procedures, equipment checks, resets, and safe interaction with automated equipment
