- Key Responsibilities of the Regional Maintenance Tech:
Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repairs across multiple sites.
Turn vacant apartments (painting, cleaning, general upkeep) for new resident move-ins.
Complete routine preventative maintenance, building safety inspections, and assist with larger capital projects.
Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies to ensure resident safety and code compliance.
Qualifications for the Regional Maintenance Tech.
Position:
3+ years of facilities, property maintenance, or skilled trade experience. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and HVAC systems. Great communication skills and the ability to effectively train less experienced techs. Flexibility for occasional evening/weekend calls. Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable truck or van you can use for work. Capable of passing a criminal background or drug screen.
