Remote Looking for senior federal payroll specialists with deep hands-on experience in federal civilian payroll operations. Desired background:7+ years supporting federal payroll Strong knowledge of Title 5 and Title 38 payroll rules Premium pay, overtime, retirement deductions, TSP, garnishments, tax withholding and W-2 processing Payroll reconciliation, exception analysis and root-cause resolution Experience translating payroll business rules into functional requirements Requirements workshops, process documentation, xhqgsiq data mapping, RTMs and SIT/UATExperience with NFC or another federal payroll shared-service environment is highly desirable Oracle HCM Cloud exposure is helpful but the primary need is strong federal payroll expertise
