McLaren Flint is looking for an experienced Therapeutic Medical Physicist for Radiation Therapy. Need will start as soon as provider can get credentialed (about 30 days for NRC/State RAM licenses? Outpatient Setting, covering multiple facilities Hourly rate - Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 8:00a-5:00p Patient Population: Varies Outpatient vs Inpatient: almost all outpatients, occasionally inpatients come over from hospital for sim and treat to alleviate symptoms Average Number of Patients Per Day: 60-70 per day across 3 locations Required Duties, Procedures, Skills, etc: chart checks including initial and weekly; machine QA; HDR treatment planning and treatment operation; SBRT treatment supervision Documentation System/EMR: Aria LOCAL PROVIDERS ONLY - will only reimburse mileage Rates to submit: Malpractice must be included in rates Orientation 1/2 the hourly rate Hourly per hour M-F 8a-5p OT/Holiday 1.5x Conversion rate - $26k Please note: Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.
