Manufacturing Associate

Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Manufacturing Associates to join a growing production team. This position is responsible for assisting with production operations, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble, inspect, package, and prepare products for shipment
- Monitor production lines to ensure quality and productivity standards are met
- Load and unload materials and supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
- Perform routine quality checks and report defects or equipment issues
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Assist with general labor and other production-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
