Tax-Exempt Transactions Associate - LA

Seyfarth Shaw LLP in Los Angeles seeks a transactional tax associate with at least 2 years of big-law experience to join our Tax-Exempt Organizations Practice Group in the Downtown LA office. You will advise nonprofits and tax-exempt entities on mergers, reorganizations, governance, and related tax matters, collaborating with partners on sophisticated matters across education, healthcare, research and other mission-driven sectors.
