Responsibilities:
Perform lab test, interpret the results, and compare results to the customer's requirements.
Analyze data using Statistical Process Control techniques and adjust manufacturing parameters to achieve property targets.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Ensure product and packaging quality of all materials packaged for shipment.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed.
Work between Lines 30/32 as one team.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GEDMinimum one year manufacturing experience
- Demonstration of an understanding of the basics of extrusion, lamination, and/or conversion
- Strong computer aptitude and experience
- Current Berry Global forklift operator's license may be required
Complete OJT's for Lines 30/32 within 1 year and be able to run both lines. Recertification required annually.
