Dealer Development Sales Representative:
- BathMaxx | Full-Time | Chicagoland AreaBuild the BathMaxx Dealer Network
- BathMaxx is a growing manufacturer of bathtubs, shower pans, bathtub liners, wall surrounds, and other bathroom products. We are looking for an aggressive, motivated Dealer Development Sales Representative to help us expand our dealer network.
- This is a business-to-business sales position for someone who enjoys finding new customers, making connections, developing relationships, and closing opportunities.
- You will have the opportunity to help build a dealer network from the ground up and play an important role in the growth of BathMaxx.
What You'll Do:
- Identify businesses that could become BathMaxx dealers.
- Prospect for new dealers through phone calls, email, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
- Contact owners and decision-makers at remodeling companies, contractors, distributors, and related businesses.
- Present the BathMaxx dealer opportunity and explain our products and dealer program.
- Qualify prospective dealers and determine whether they are a good fit.
- Follow up consistently and turn prospects into active dealers.
- Help new dealers get started with BathMaxx products and ordering.
- Develop long-term relationships with dealers.
- Increase sales through existing dealers by identifying additional opportunities.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and report sales activity.
- Who We're Looking ForWe are looking for a hunter, not someone who simply waits for leads to come in.

- Confident making cold calls and approaching new businesses.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Persistent and highly motivated.
- A strong communicator and presenter.
- Organized and able to manage multiple prospects.

- Competitive and driven by results.
- Willing to travel locally to meet prospective dealers.
- ExperienceB2B sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in any of the following industries is a plus:
- Bathroom remodeling
- Home improvement
- ConstructionPlumbingBuilding products
- FlooringHVACWindows and doors
Wholesale/distribution
Dealer or distributor sales
You do not have to come from the bathroom industry. If you are a proven salesperson who knows how to find opportunities and close business, we want to talk to you.
Compensation
Base Salary + Commission:
We want to create a compensation program that rewards results. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn additional income by bringing in new dealers and growing sales through those dealers.
