Compensation: $150K-$300K

Experience & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience handling meaningful Plaintiff-Side PI litigation and substantive case development Spanish-speaking is a plus Experience working with liability and damages experts Trial experience Ability to independently handle and move personal injury litigation cases Strong preference for candidates who received substantive litigation training at a reputable law firm Strong employment stability and several consecutive years with the same firm preferred Exceptional insurance-defense litigators will also be considered Louisiana and/or Arkansas licensure is a plus, but not required Looking for someone who: Stays on top of their files Is organized and prepared Proactively communicates case updates Comes to mediations prepared Prepares thoroughly for depositions rather than handling them off the cuff Is reliable and honest Shows up consistently and gets the work done Can work successfully within an established firm's structure and leadership Growth There is significant growth potential for the right person.
