Remote Head of Money Canvas Coaching Operations

Thrivent seeks a senior leader to own Coaching Operations for Money Canvas, driving the strategy, operating model, and performance of the coaching delivery channel. You will lead a geographically dispersed team of Coach Managers and 40+ Money Canvas Coaches, ensuring high-quality experiences aligned to business goals and customer needs. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and HR to shape roadmaps, implement new features, and scale operations while developing leaders and advancing
