Senior IP Counsel - Chemistry & Materials Patents

E Ink Corp. seeks a seasoned IP attorney to draft and prosecute complex patent applications in chemistry, polymers, and material science. You will respond to Office Actions from major patent offices and work with internal R&D, product, and legal teams to align IP strategy with business goals. You will evaluate freedom-to-operate, patentability and validity, monitor competitive landscapes, and guide risk mitigation.
