APPLY NOWOur client, a bank on the eastern shore of Maryland, is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for employee acquisition, engagement, retention, policies & procedures, benefits management, salary administration, and regulatory & legal compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources
- Ensures that the Human Resources function operates effectively across the entire Bank employee base
- Works with all managers to coordinate all Human Resource functions
- Partner with department leaders to develop recruitment strategies
- Administer the compensation program
- Manage payroll
- Develop and administer a comprehensive performance management program
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Seven years of human resources experience
- Knowledge of banking and/or financial services preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Strong people skills
