This office is a true boutique law firm that takes on a small number of high-value and/or high-profile cases for investors (particularly seniors or high net wirth individuals) that from time-to-time make law and/or news, as well as has a regular stream of industry professional representations in broker-to-broker transitions, regulatory investigations hearings before the SEC, FINRA and state givernments. The candidate must have attention to detail and a high work ethic, as well as demonstrated understanding of the securities markets.
