Crux is seeking a Principal, Debt to lead a book of debt mandates from IOI through close within the Debt Business Management team. Reporting to the Head of Debt, you will manage lender diligence, structuring, negotiation, and documentation to institutional standards.
You will own deal velocity, mentor junior teams, and collaborate with Industry Coverage, Investments, and Product to deliver integrated capital solutions for sponsors in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
