Drywall Foreman

What You’ll Do: Lead and supervise drywall crews on active commercial job sites Read and work from construction drawings, plans, and project specifications Oversee metal stud framing, drywall hanging, taping, finishing, ACT ceilings, shaft walls, and exterior sheathing Coordinate daily work with the Project Manager, general contractor, and other trades Track daily progress, crew production, materials, and job site needs Identify issues, delays, or scope changes and communicate them quickly Maintain a safe job site and lead daily/weekly safety conversations Ensure work is completed to project specs, code requirements, and finish standards Help train, coach, and develop field team members

What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of commercial drywall experience 2+ years in a Foreman, Lead, or Supervisor role preferred Strong knowledge of metal framing, drywall installation, finishing, and commercial interiors Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift materials, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform hands-on field work Strong communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have: Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software Bilingual English/Spanish First Aid/CPR certification

Compensation & Benefits: $70,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience Medical insurance SIMPLE IRA Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Company-supplied major tools and equipment Truck allowance or company vehicle, depending on position Training and growth opportunities Schedule Monday–Friday, with some overtime or weekend work based on project needs.
