Product Manager — AI-Driven Back Office & Inventory

Scotch is seeking a Product Manager to drive the back-office vision for our liquor-retailer platform. You’ll own the catalog, ordering, receiving, and inventory workflows, shaping how merchants run their business and use AI features to reduce tedious work while preserving trust. You’ll collaborate with other product managers, partner with engineering, and translate merchant input into clear requirements that scale across locations and roles. This role is hands-on and autonomous.
