Core Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Operate ice-shaving or crushing machines and apply flavored syrups, sweet cream, or toppings accurately. As well as serve hot cheese and corn on snacks.
Customer Service: Greet the customers, take orders with a friendly attitude, and answer any menu questions the customer may have.
Transactions: Process payments using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the workspace, syrup containers, spoons and equipment clean and sanitized throughout the shift. Sweep and mop any possible spills.
Stock & Restock: Refill ice, plastic cups, foam cups, toppings, napkins, and syrup bottles.
Required qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the United States 21+ years or older
