Position:
Continuous Improvement Manager Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience Location: Redmond, Oregon Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team! This is a strong opportunity for a process-driven leader who enjoys making measurable impact on manufacturing performance. In this role, you’ll partner closely with plant leadership and frontline teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost while helping build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational goalsPartner with leaders to identify performance gaps and action plansFacilitate improvement workshops and hands-on eventsCoach teams on lean principles and structured problem-solvingSupport standard work and process documentation developmentAnalyze metrics and report progress to stakeholdersIdentify cost savings and productivity improvement opportunitiesSupport change management and employee engagement effortsHire, train, coach, and evaluate direct reports Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or related field 5+ years in manufacturing or operations environmentsExperience leading or supporting continuous improvement initiativesWorking knowledge of continuous improvement principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to influence cross-functional teams through collaborationExperience interpreting operational data and metricsStrong communication and project management skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience supporting multi-site operationsBackground in industrial or manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with lean or operational excellence methodologiesExperience driving sustainable process improvementsPrior people leadership experience Perks & Benefits: This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
