If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain operational systems, processes, and manuals
- Support hiring, training, and team development
- Manage transactions from contract to close, coordinating with agents, clients, and vendors
- Oversee listing coordination, MLS input, marketing prep, signs, and lockboxes
- Execute social media and email marketing campaigns (Just Listed, Just Sold, etc.)Create marketing materials (digital and print)
- Prepare and manage real estate documents, contracts and ensure compliance
- Track deadlines and maintain transaction calendars
- Help manage and grow our online reputation through client reviews
What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:
- 2+ years in real estate, operations, or administrative roles (preferred)
- Real estate experience is a strong plus
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
