About Carlisle Auto Body: Carlisle Auto Body is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician in Carlisle, MA, to perform advanced collision repairs and help support daily shop-floor operations. This hands-on position offers $30–$38 per hour, weekly pay, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a year-end performance bonus. A second-generation, family-owned business, Carlisle Auto Body continues a tradition of automotive service dating back to 1941. The shop operates from a modern facility completed in 2002 and emphasizes quality repairs, professional teamwork, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced collision repair and heavy auto body repairs on European, Asian, and domestic vehicles. Complete complex body repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards for workmanship and repair quality. Help coordinate daily shop-floor activities, repair priorities, and workflow to keep jobs moving efficiently. Support fellow collision repair technicians by answering repair questions and helping resolve shop-floor challenges. Identify and communicate parts, repair, and workflow issues that could delay vehicle completion. Utilize modern collision repair equipment, technology, and repair procedures to complete assigned work. Communicate with shop management regarding repair progress, production priorities, and additional repair needs. Maintain a professional, organized, respectful, and collaborative shop environment.

Qualifications: 5+ years of professional auto body or collision repair experience required. Demonstrated experience performing heavy collision repairs and advanced automotive body repair work. Experience repairing European, Asian, and domestic vehicles. Must have personal tools appropriate for professional collision repair work. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with the ability to follow repair instructions and assist other technicians. Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience preferred. I-CAR training or certifications strongly preferred; ASE certifications and experience using CCC ONE shop management software are additional advantages.

Hourly Pay: $30–$38 per hour
