Senior Investor Relations & Corporate Development Lead

Valar Atomics, based in Torrance, CA, is seeking a Senior Manager, Investor Relations and Corporate Development. This onsite role partners with the CEO and executive team to shape strategy, finance, and investor communications for a first-of-a-kind nuclear project. You will map markets, build valuation models, manage diligence, and lead the investor relations program, including updates, data room, and board materials, with regular travel to Utah and partner sites.
