Slot Floor Concierge

The Chin’an Gaming Hall is seeking a Slot Ambassador to provide customer service across all slot areas in the Alaska casino. You will assist with game information, jackpot transactions, and TITO ticket handling while ensuring the casino floor and related areas remain clean. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, comfort handling money and dealing with guests calmly, and availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training and onboarding will be provided.
