To support a growing insurance practice, the full-time Remote Insurance Representative will manage inbound calls from warm leads, identify customer needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions while obtaining state licensing as an Iowa Licensed Insurance Agent.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct consultations to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
Educate customers on insurance offerings and identify opportunities for upselling additional products
Resolve inquiries and issues related to insurance and services through effective problem-solving techniquesRequired qualificationsAt least six months of experience in a service or sales environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Proficient in using multiple computer applications simultaneously
Must possess a GED or High School Diploma and be legally permitted to work in the United States
Available to work assigned shifts, including weekends and some holidays, after training
