Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and functional capabilities, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their individual needs. Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific goals of each patient, utilizing a combination of hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and adjunctive modalities. Utilize methods such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation to facilitate pain relief and restore mobility. Educate patients on effective body mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and self-management techniques, fostering a proactive approach to their health and wellness. Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal rehabilitation and recovery outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians and specialists, to provide coordinated and effective patient care. Maintain meticulous documentation of patient assessments, treatment interventions, and progress, complying with legal and professional standards. Patient Population / Client FocusThe patients you will be working with at Potential Motion Health encompass a broad spectrum of individuals dealing with various physical challenges. This includes those suffering from chronic pain, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, sports injuries, and mobility deficits. Your expertise will directly impact their recovery journey, enhancing their quality of life and enabling them to regain independence.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey. Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred. At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy is required, with consideration for candidates possessing more extensive experience. Proficient in employing advanced physical therapy techniques and treatment modalities in a clinical setting. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively assess and address patients' rehabilitation needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive environment for patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Preferred Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in physical therapy, specifically within outpatient settings. Compensation and Benefits: The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
