Position: ERP Logistics Specialist
Seoyon E-Hwa Manufacturing Auburn, Inc., an automotive parts manufacturer, is seeking an ERP Logistics Specialist to support logistics operations through accurate ERP data management, inventory monitoring, and shipment coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update logistics data in the ERP system, including inventory movements, shipping transactions, and delivery information.
Review system records against shipping documents and physical inventory to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate shipment schedules based on customer requirements, production plans, and inventory availability.
Monitor inventory levels and shipment status, and communicate potential shortages or delivery delays to the appropriate teams.
Work with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate recording of material movements and shipments.
Process and verify customer shipping information, including electronic data interchange (EDI) transactions and advance shipping notices (ASNs), as required.
Support periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile count results with ERP records to maintain inventory accuracy.
Prepare inventory and shipment reports and support improvements in data accuracy and logistics processes.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Experience in logistics, shipping, inventory control, or manufacturing operations preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems, EDI, or other logistics-related software preferred.
