Digital Strategist

Who we are: OrthoSynetics is a national healthcare services company supporting 300+ orthodontic and dental practices across the country. We provide the expertise, technology, and business support that helps practices grow—from marketing and technology to revenue cycle management, HR, purchasing, and more. We’re entrepreneurial, collaborative, and always looking for a better way to do things. We value people who take ownership, bring ideas to the table, and want to see their work make a real impact.

The Role: We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who knows paid media inside and out and wants more than a “set it and forget it” role. You’ll manage campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms, but the real job is figuring out what makes a campaign perform better. You’ll own the numbers, dig into the data, and constantly look for ways to improve results. Every practice and every market is different. That means you’ll have to think strategically, test your ideas, and know when to stay the course—and when to completely change direction.

What Success Looks Like: You’re checking performance and spotting opportunities before someone has to point them out. You see a campaign trending in the wrong direction and investigate it. You find an audience worth testing, try a new approach, and know how to determine whether it actually worked. You’re not afraid to experiment, and you don't confuse activity with impact. The goal isn’t to run more campaigns. It’s to run better campaigns.

What You’ll Do: Own day-to-day management and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities and issues. Develop and execute testing strategies across audiences, creative, messaging, and budgets. Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear next steps. Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and acquisition costs. Manage multiple practices and priorities while keeping performance on track. Collaborate with internal teams to connect digital marketing efforts to broader business goals. Stay ahead of changes in digital advertising platforms, tools, and trends. What You BringHands-on experience managing paid search and/or paid social campaigns. Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and performance analysis. A data-driven approach to decision-making. Curiosity and a genuine desire to figure out why something is working—or isn’t. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Confidence taking ownership and making recommendations. A continuous-improvement mindset. You’re always looking for the next opportunity to make something better.

Location: Remote – Candidates must reside in one of the following Southeastern states: Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, or Arkansas. Why You’ll Like It HereYou’ll have ownership without being on an island. You’ll have talented people around you, access to a diverse portfolio of practices, and the freedom to bring ideas to the table. Most importantly, you’ll be able to see the connection between the work you do and the results it creates. If you’re the kind of marketer who wants to influence the strategy—not just execute it—we want to hear from you.
