The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the business, including overseeing two manufacturing sites. This is a key position that requires a professional with a strong background in both sales and operations, particularly within the door products industry. The role involves managing a team of 23 and 6 rep agencies, and the ideal candidate will have experience in a similar capacity, preferably with a manufacturer, but experience with a door distributor will also be considered. As the Vice President, you will be at the helm of the company's growth, fostering and nurturing its success. The position demands a hands-on approach to sales, estimating, manufacturing, and operations, and the ability to lead and inspire a large team.
