Sales RepresentativedakBUILT builds and installs commercial millwork and cabinetry for hospitality, multifamily, and commercial projects nationwide. We've been building since 1974. We're growing, and we need someone to keep our bid calendar full and make sure every win is handled right. Manage relationships with our clients and build new ones. Call general contractors to find out who is bidding our projects, get us on their bid lists, and get our bids to the right people. Follow up on every open bid. Every follow-up is a sales call. Ask every GC what else we can bid for them. Work side by side with our estimator to get quality bids out the door. Manage opportunities in our ERP system (Innergy), from first contact to project handoff. Reconcile awarded bids to contracts so the numbers match and nothing gets missed. Prep projects for our project management team and join handoff meetings.
