AI Research Engineer: RL Sandbox, Experiments & Papers

Niural is seeking a researcher/engineer to advance the Learning Gym—an isolated environment for training and evaluating AI agents on real Niural workflows with ground-truth reward signals. You will design verifiers, run reinforcement learning loops, and establish baselines to prove agent improvements generalize. You will write first-author papers and internal reports, and share results through preprints and talks.
