About the Role: The Company is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the delivery of programs and services in line with its senior living philosophy, ensuring the highest level of customer service for residents and communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and increasing occupancy, managing daily operations, and fostering an exceptional resident experience. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining resident and employee satisfaction, leading sales initiatives, and engaging in community outreach. The Executive Director will also be tasked with communicating the company's mission, vision, and values to all staff, as well as staying abreast of industry trends to keep the community competitive. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a degree in a related field, with a preference for healthcare, gerontology, or business. A minimum of 2 years' experience in managing senior living residences, the ability to read and interpret financial statements, and experience in sales and marketing are also preferred. The role requires excellent communication skills, a compassion for older adults, and a valid driver's license. The Executive Director will be expected to ensure regulatory compliance, supervise and hire employees, and maintain a budget. Proficiency in relevant software applications and a strong background in supervisory roles are essential.
