Vice President of Retail Business Development

This role involves close collaboration with various internal teams to create data-driven solutions that enhance revenue for both retailers and brands. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging retail partners, building executive-level relationships, co-developing automated workflows, and translating insights into commercial recommendations. The VP will also be tasked with negotiating commercial agreements, driving revenue, and overseeing the execution of partnerships. Applicants for the Vice President of Retail Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10-12 years of experience in retailer business development, retail analytics, shopper insights, or commercial partnerships. A proven track record in opening doors and closing enterprise retail partnerships is essential, as is a deep understanding of retail ecosystems, including loyalty data, in-store activations, retail media, and omnichannel measurement. The role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, as well as an entrepreneurial and results-oriented approach.
