Director of Risk Management

Director Of Risk Management Insight Global is currently seeking a Director of Risk Management to join a client in the construction industry. This individual will own and manage the corporate insurance program across the organization and its subsidiaries, as well as oversee the separate subcontractor insurance program and serve as the primary liaison with insurance brokers. The Director will manage workers' compensation and general liability claims and partner with operations to determine appropriate coverage when project incidents occur. This person will oversee enrollment and coverage for project-specific wrap-up programs, including OCIP and CCIP arrangements, and help ensure claims are directed appropriately. The Director will work closely with Safety while maintaining centralized oversight and accuracy of OSHA recordkeeping requirements. This individual will also review insurance and risk provisions within customer and vendor contracts to ensure contractual requirements remain aligned with the organization's insurance program.
