PRN 6am-8amRate $24-$28 Daily PayResponsibilities: Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections on residents. Properly label, document, and process specimens. Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times. Maintain resident comfort and dignity during procedures. Communicate effectively with nursing staff and laboratory personnel. Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly maintained.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Phlebotomy certification preferred.
Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in documentation.
