Salary: $140,000–$165,000 base (flexible for exceptional candidates)

I'm working with a growing aerospace and defense technology business looking to hire a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead the transformation of its supply chain operations.
The business generates over $150M in annual revenue across multiple entities and is looking for someone who can build the processes, systems and supplier relationships needed to support its next phase of growth.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a fully established supply chain. You'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact, improving existing operations before helping integrate supply chains across the wider group.
The Role:
Lead procurement, supplier management, material planning and inventory strategy.
Develop and implement scalable supply chain processes, systems and KPIs.
Manage significant domestic and international supplier relationships.
Drive cost savings, supplier performance and supply chain risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with ITAR, FAR/DFARS and government contracting requirements.
Mentor and develop the existing supply chain team.
Support the integration of supply chain functions across multiple businesses.
What We're Looking For:
8+ years in supply chain or procurement, ideally within aerospace, defense or electronics manufacturing.
Experience building or transforming supply chain functions.
Strong knowledge of ITAR, FAR/DFARS and defense procurement.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Deltek Costpoint preferred).
Domestic and international sourcing experience.
Proven leadership and supplier negotiation experience.
Familiarity with ISO 9001; AS9100 experience advantageous.
